    Disbursements are the cost of the searches and certificates that we need to order to attach to a contract as required by Australian law. They are generally around $150.

    The amount of the disbursements varies depending on the area that the property is located.

    Once a buyer is found our costs to complete the sale will be about $900 plus GST. We will send you a quote before we commence this work for you.
